LineTerminal is a sports data analytics platform that provides historical and current betting line data, system-building tools, and statistical analysis across multiple sports and sportsbooks. The Service is designed for informational and entertainment purposes only.
LineTerminal does not accept, place, or facilitate bets or wagers of any kind. The data, analytics, systems, and any other content provided through the Service are strictly for informational and entertainment purposes.
Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, betting advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. Past performance of any system, filter, or strategy does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make.
You must be at least 18 years old (or 21+ where required by your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using LineTerminal, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirements and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Account creation is managed through our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of any betting systems you create on the platform. By using the share feature, you grant other users a non-exclusive license to view, claim, and use your shared system configurations. We reserve the right to display aggregate, anonymized system data for platform analytics.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date sports data, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed on the platform. Line data is sourced from third-party providers and may contain errors, delays, or omissions. Always verify data independently before making any decisions.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the overall design — are owned by LineTerminal and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LineTerminal and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of the Service. This includes any losses resulting from betting decisions made using data or systems from the platform.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
All fees paid to LineTerminal are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. This includes monthly and annual subscription fees. When you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period; no partial refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in that period. LineTerminal reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis, but doing so does not obligate us to provide refunds in future instances.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
